Zapier

Zapier connects Starfish to thousands of apps through Zaps -- automated workflows that move data between services. Run Zapier actions, manage automations, and orchestrate cross-app workflows from your AI workspace.

How to Connect

1. Open Settings > Integrations in Starfish.
2. Find Zapier and click Connect.
3. A browser window will open to Zapier's authorization page.
4. Sign in to your Zapier account and approve the connection.
5. You'll be redirected back to Starfish. The integration status will show Connected.

What You Can Do

• Run Actions -- Take actions in thousands of apps through Zapier, on demand from Starfish
• Cross-App Automation -- Connect actions across thousands of supported apps (Slack, HubSpot, Mailchimp, Airtable, etc.)
• App Coverage -- Use the specific actions you have enabled in Zapier, for example posting to LinkedIn or sending a Slack message
• Action Management -- Discover, enable, and disable the actions your assistant is allowed to run
• Data Passing -- Send structured data between Starfish and any Zapier-connected app

Notes

• Zapier uses OAuth PKCE for authentication. The connection is handled through a secure browser popup.
• The actions available depend on what you have enabled in your Zapier account.
• Starfish runs the actions you have enabled in Zapier (Zapier calls these tools); it does not create or edit Zaps.
